While traveling in Egypt, I went on a two day trip into the western deserts. I saw a desert with white sand, red sand and black sand and also had the amazing experience of sleeping under the stars in the dessert. It was such a fun and amazing experience and believe me, you have not seen stars until you’ve slept in the desert!! God made the heavens so beautiful and amazing!
I took this picture while we were stopped to check out the white desert. The man in the picture is one of the drivers. It was fun to talk to our driver and learn a little bit about him, his family and living in the desert.
