I captured this image on the opening day of the Carnivale Celebration in Venice, Italy. The intricate costume details and vibrant blue colors were what caught my eye initially. I loved the mystery this picture invokes as well the feeling that they are watching out for each other as if someone in the crowd is out to get them.
